Hi! I'm Rachel, the traveler behind Traveler Concierge.

I've had the pleasure of exploring the world since I was a kid, and my love for travel has only grown over the years! I've visited nearly all 50 states and traveled through over 15 countries.

Whether I am dancing at Carnival in Trinidad and Tobago, wandering the vibrant streets of Accra, or soaking up the sun on the islands of Greece - travel is when I feel most alive, and it's a feeling I love helping others experience too.

Before launching Traveler Concierge, I spent years in product management, where I honed my skills in coordinating complex projects, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring flawless execution under pressure. I bring that same operational discipline to travel coordination - because celebrating shouldn't mean managing logistics.

I started Traveler Concierge after coordinating travel for my own destination wedding and wedding guests. I realized how much couples and groups need dedicated coordination support. Wedding planners focus on the ceremony. Travel agents book flights and hotels. But who coordinates the guest experience, manages transportation across multiple days, and handles the hundreds of logistics details that make or break a destination celebration? That's where I come in.

My goal is simple: to coordinate the logistics so you can be fully present for your celebration. Whether you're planning a destination wedding with 50 guests, a dream honeymoon across three countries, or your best friend's bachelorette weekend in Nashville, I handle the coordination so you can actually enjoy the experience - not manage it.
