When I had my own destination wedding in Italy - I ended up coordinating 50+ guests traveling internationally, many for the first time (ever). It was so much more than I expected - passport checks, airport transfers, activity logistics, transportation across multiple villas, guests asking what they should do, where they should eat and the dozens of questions that come with moving a group of people through a foreign country. It was complex, time-consuming, and something no one else was offering to handle.
